ARC Telecoms is a converged voice and IP data telecommunications service provider dedicated to meet the requirements of the small and medium business (SMB) sector in South Africa.

The company was founded in 2010 to meet the increasing demand for a provider that offers a complete suite of high quality voice, access and managed networks solutions, along with cost-effective productivity applications attuned to the resources and priorities of the mid-size business.

ARC delivers customised solutions through a variety of quality assured technologies. We want to enable businesses to make the running of their businesses simpler by providing them with the correct telecommunication tools that are in line with global trends and international standards – but are realistic in the SA and SME environment.

Vendor Neutral: 

ARC Telecoms employs a ‘vendor neutral’ business model for connectivity. It has partnerships with a number of networks to ensure it can offer clients the most appropriate last-mile option. We are then able to layer our own core internet and voice products and services over the network, the benefit of which is that we can focus almost entirely on creating and delivering the most relevant services and value added applications to our customers.
